Jagannath is part of a growing Agency / Liner company head quartered at Singapore with branches in Malaysia, Indonesia and China. He is a consultant (Dispute Resolution department) at Tavistock Law and has over 15 years experience in the following:

  • - Liner activities, NVOCC operations and Freight Forwarding 
  • - Chartering practice and operations
  • - Shipping Agency matters
  • - Demurrage claims and C/P disputes ( FD & D)
  • - Cargo damage and Intermodal claims defence
  • - Insurance claims adjustment
  • - Collision and Jetty damage assessment and defence
  • - Stowaway  repatriation and control
  • - P&I claims control and adjustment

 

He is also an adjunct lecturer (“The Shipping Business”) at Singapore Management University and has the expertise to accept appointments as an Arbitrator.
