Nadeem is a UK qualified corporate and commercial lawyer and heads the Company & Commercial department.

Nadeem advises a wide range of corporate clients on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions/disposals. This includes private equity transactions, company re-organisation, sales and purchases of companies and listing of companies on AIM and OFEX market.

In addition to his work on M & A, he advises on general corporate and commercial issues including advice to owners and directors/managers on their legal responsibilities and obligations whether through joint venture arrangements, shareholder agreements, partnerships or limited liability structures, agreements for the supply and purchase of services and goods, agency and distribution agreements and the associated issues which arise in relation to such contracts.
